Terms and Conditions
Charges
We are very clear and honest about what we charge. We aim to provide the highest standard of routine and emergency care at very affordable and competitive prices; at the comfort of your own yard, for all types of horses and ponies, from professional athletes to happy hacks and everything in between.
Please understand that Little Rock Equine Vets Ltd is unable to give lines of credit.
Communication
We will, as standard, give you our direct contact information, to enable you to communicate with us in a more direct and less stressful manner. We will be transparent about our costs and services as we believe this lets you make the right choice for you and your four-legged companion.
Call out fees
Our fees are not based on distance. The fee we charge is dependent upon the time of day you wish us to visit for routine calls. There is no visit fee charged if you have four or more horses booked for treatment on the same day, at the same time, on the same yard. Whether these are your own horses, or you team up on the yard to be seen at the same time, is up to you.
Fees
Fee are determined by the time spent on a case and according to the drugs, resources, materials and consumables used. We believe that our prices are honest and competitive, with a transparent pricing policy, ensuring to always charge fairly and consistently.
Estimates
We will happily provide you with a written estimate of the probable costs of a course of treatment. Please bear in mind that any estimate given can only be approximate, as illnesses do not always follow a conventional course. We will endeavour to keep you fully informed of costs as they arise.
Payment terms
All treatments must be paid for at the time of consultation. Overdue accounts, after due notice will be referred to our Debt Collecting Agency or the County Courts if satisfactory repayment arrangements have not been made to ourselves. All costs incurred will be passed on to you. Failure to pay will result in the immediate withdrawal of our veterinary services.
