These terms help ensure clear communication, continuity of care and transparency around our services and fees.

Registration & continuity of care

When you register with Little Rock Equine Vets Ltd, we will ask you to request your horse’s clinical history from your previous veterinary practice.

To ensure continuity of care and allow us to meet the requirements of the RCVS Code of Professional Conduct, we ask that your horse is registered exclusively with Little Rock Equine Vets.

Our fees

Our fees reflect the time spent on your horse and the drugs, materials, resources and consumables required.

We aim to provide a high standard of routine and emergency veterinary care at competitive and affordable prices, delivered at your own yard.

We do not offer credit facilities. If an account becomes overdue, we reserve the right to refer it to a debt collection agency or the County Court. Any costs incurred as a result may be passed on to the client.
